City of North Las Vegas | “Homegrown Virtual Concert Series” | Las Vegas, NV
When the world faced an uncertain future because of the effects of the coronavirus pandemic, the City of North Las Vegas sought out a way to bring a bit of hope, fun and music back into residents lives.
The Homegrown Virtual Concert Series was held at the Craig Ranch Park Amphitheater in North Las Vegas. Numerous local bands played free one hour concerts from June until December of 2020.
The city contracted with several production houses, including Hinson Media, to host a virtual concert series that would be live streamed to the city and the world via Facebook Live.
Hinson Media hired a number of freelancers including Jeremy Long to work the streaming event. In total, the concerts had over 2-million views on Facebook.
The series of concerts was live streamed to Facebook where residents could watch and listen from the comfort of their homes while in quarantine over COVID-19 fears.
